These terms are between Nimbosoft Ltd (“we”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17482585, and the organisation that signs up for Nimbo Logbook (“you”).

The service

Nimbo Logbook helps you keep records of your fire and safety checks, certificates, visitors and related matters, and sends reminders. It is a record-keeping tool. It doesn’t give safety advice and doesn’t replace your fire risk assessment, competent servicing, or your legal duties as the responsible person.

Trial and payment

New accounts get a 7-day free trial without a card. After that the service is paid per building, monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe. Launch-offer prices apply to the first year only. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice, taking effect at your next renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the billing page. The service continues to the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part-periods unless the law requires it.

Your records

Your records belong to you. You can print or export them at any time. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what your people record and for having permission to add their details.

Using it fairly

Don’t misuse the service, try to access other organisations’ records, or upload anything unlawful.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep the service running and your records safe, with continuous off-site backups. We aren’t liable for losses caused by checks that weren’t carried out, or for indirect losses. Our total liability in any year is limited to what you paid us in that year. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
